The 2010 Vintage: The growing season was favorable but a cool spring delayed ripening, a warm Fall allowed us to pick in late October, which is normal for our region.
The Wine: Purple, black color, scents of black currants in promising nose, sweet Cabernet fruit on nose, flavors of Seville orange and intense Cabernet fruit flavors,  cranberry sweetness with good acidity, solid finish, balanced and refreshing.
Food Matches: Classic match for Beef and Chicken dishes, especially those with rich preparations and/or saucing. Wonderful with soft cheeses as well.
Descriptors: Lovely Cabernet flavors complement all beef dishes Rich, balanced red wine with a dry finish
