Tasting Room
The Tasting Room and Winery overlook the Eastern Cascade Range and a wonderful view of Mt. Adams with the estate vineyard in the foreground.The Wine Tasting Room at Hyatt Vineyards Winery is spacious and well stocked with all current releases as well as limited reserve wines. Our tasting room staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist you with your selections.
Enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Adams and the Yakima Valley from our lawn and picnic area. The grounds are offered for private rental for weddings and parties.

Group Tours are welcome. Wine Tour buses have easy access bus turnaround from a large parking lot.
Directions to the Tasting Room
The tasting room is located at 2020 Gilbert Road, Zillah, Washington 98953. From Yakima, take I-82 Southeast to exit 52. Turn left off the freeway exit towards Zillah. Turn left onto Cheyne Road. Follow three miles to Gilbert Road, turn left on Gilbert Road. Hyatt Vineyards is a half mile on the left.
