Catch the Crush – October 7-8, 2023
Wineries throughout the valley invite you to join in the harvest festivities and watch as the freshly picked grapes are crushed and the wine making begins in wineries throughout the Yakima Valley.
At Hyatt Vineyards our celebration will include harvest and crush activities. Visitors will be invited to sample grapes, juice, and young wine, as well as our usual wine tasting of aged wines.

HalloWine – October 28, 2023
We will be celebrating a Halloween themed wine weekend again this year. Plan on attending dressed in your best costume!
Back Country Horsemen Winery Ride – October 28, 2023
We welcome back the Back Country Horsemen of Washington at Zillah area wineries as they ride on their 20th Annual Winery Ride Friday, October 29th.
BCHW Tasting Fee: $5 tasting fee includes 4 2 oz pours of wines of your choice from our tasting list.

Thanksgiving in Wine Country – November 24-26, 2023
Welcome to Hyatt Vineyards and Thanksgiving in Wine Country! Look forward to Case Specials and Featured Wines during this popular Wine Event.
Thanksgiving Weekend Hours: 11:00-5:00 Friday, Saturday Sunday. For more information please call 509.829.6333. There is no charge for this event at participating Rattlesnake Hills wineries.
Enjoy our array of wines for sampling and take home wine for all of your holiday events. We waive the tasting fee with Yakima Valley Wine Passport.

Cellar Days – January
Enjoy Cellar Days selected case sales during the month of January! Join us in January for deep discounts, delicious wines and terrific company. Many wineries in the area are closed for the winter, but you can still enjoy yourself at Hyatt Vineyards:

Red Wine and Chocolate – mid-February 2023
Celebrate Valentines Day in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA for the perfect date. What could be better than wine and chocolate for you and your sweetheart?
The Tasting Room at Hyatt Vineyards will be open and ready for your Red Wine and Chocolate experience. All weekend we’ll feature Red Velvet mini cupcakes by Alexandra and Char-cutie cups from Graze Craze.

Founders Day – March 19th
Join us on this important day to celebrate the anniversary of the creation of the Rattlesnake Hills AVA. At Bonair Winery, Father Gail will read his proclamation at 2:00pm which chases out and banishes all rattlesnakes for the coming year. The miracle of the wine will follow. Learn more
Rattlesnake Hills Wine Run – May 2024
Yakima’s Annual Wine Run Half Marathon – Run or walk the beautiful rattlesnake hills while tasting wine along the course. You will have the option of running a 10k or half-marathon, starting at Bonair Winery, 500 S Bonair Rd, Zillah 98953 and ending at Silver Lake Winery, 1500 Vintage Road Zillah, WA 98953. There are 6 wineries along the course; the race starts at at 9am. Food trucks, live music, wine and massages at the finish line. Registration Information, Contact 509-480-1002 or for more information.
